Cancellations
Individual Travellers
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged at full rate quoted for the 1st night of the booking on all individual bookings.
Please note - it is your responsibility to make sure you let us know if you are not coming. You will be given a cancellation reference number.
We always recommend you take out travel insurance even when travelling in.
Group Bookings
Cancellation terms.
Final numbers must be agreed at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date, unless prior agreements have been made.
Full Payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, unless other arrangements have been agreed.
Any amendments or cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Any cancellations made after this will be charged at 50% of the balance due plus Vat.
